County Manager Terry Butcher has added Russell Osman and Steve Marsella to his backroom staff as the first week of pre-season draws to a close.
County can officially confirm that Russell Osman and Steve Marsella have joined the club as part of Terry Butchers back room staff. Russell Osman will take up the Assistant Manager role at the club, with Steve Marsella holding a dual role of Chief Scout and Goalkeeping Coach at the club.Russell Osman joins Terry Butchers team having been teammates previously at Ipswich and England, Osman has been used to South Wales with a previous role as player and as Manager for local rivals Cardiff City FC.
Steve Marsella joins the club after working with Terry at a number of clubs along the way, the duo have been together at Brentford, Inverness and Hibernian. Most recently Marsella was part of the Grimsby back room staff who made it to Wembley in the 2014/15 season playoffs.
Both have been involved as the first week of pre-season draws to a close working non-stop alongside Terry to ensure the squad is ready for the season ahead.
