Welcome to Newport Stadium. The Stadium, which is owned and managed by Newport City Council, has been upgraded to Nationwide Conference standard in recent years and has a crowd capacity of 4,700. The Stadium is part of the developing City of Newport International Sports Village which includes the Wales National Velodrome. The grandstand seats 1100 spectators and there is large covered terrace on the opposite side of the pitch and a small uncovered terrace behind the one goal.

Access

Your admission price entitles you access to the grandstand (at no extra charge) and the terraces. We do not normally operate crowd segregation between home and away supporters.

Facilities

The following facilities are available within the Stadium complex.

Car Parking: ample car parking which is free of charge.

Catering Facilities: the hot food outlet is located at the right hand end of the grandstand as you face the pitch. A range of hot foods and drinks is available. Access is from the pitch-side walkway. Teas and coffees are also served within the grandstand complex by volunteers The Monday Night Ladies before the match and during the half-time interval. Cold drinks, sweets and crisps are also sold pitch-side at the front of the grandstand before and during the match.

Official Club Shop: the official club shop, which stocks a full range of club and leisure-wear, is located to the right hand end of the grandstand as you face the pitch and accessed from the pitch-side walkway. The club shop opens an hour before kick-off on match days.

Programme Shop: the programme shop, run by volunteers Duncan Jardine and Neil Evans, stocks a wide range of football programmes, memorabilia and badges. The shop is located to the right hand end of the grandstand as you face the pitch. Access is from the pitch-side walkway. The programme shop opens an hour before kick-off on match days.

BarAmber: access to the clubhouse also known as the '200 Club' is from a separate entrance from the car park.  Admission to the clubhouse is by members' card. Guests are to be 'signed-in' and a donation of fifty pence is suggested for non members. Customers cannot gain direct access to the Stadium from the clubhouse before the match - members and guests leave through the main entrance and gain entry to the ground through the turnstiles in the normal way. During half-time, and at full time, entry to the clubhouse is from the pitch side entrance for paying spectators. The clubhouse is located to the far left hand side of the grandstand as you face the pitch. It is a 'not-for-profit' enterprise and all profits generated are invested in Newport County AFC. Open on match days from 11.00 a.m. on Saturdays and from 6.00 p.m. in midweek the clubhouse has a fully stocked bar and serves hot meals before the match. The clubhouse has TV and SKY facilities and is available for private hire

Toilet Facilities: within the grandstand complex including disability and baby-changing facilities (accessed from the passageway underneath the grandstand), at the right hand end of the grandstand as you face the pitch (accessed from the pitch-side walkway), and adjacent to the main terrace (currently temporary toilet facilities).

Sponsors' and Officials' Lounge: a private lounge for club officials, sponsors and guests within the

grandstand complex.

Match Day Programme: the official match day programme is on sale within the Stadium at the turnstile entrances and within the Social Club.

Ground Regulations: The ground regulations are on permanent display on the notice board in the concourse beneath the grandstand.
