Andrew spent the previous two seasons progressing through the County youth development system with his tenacious displays at left-back earning him Welsh Schoolboy international recognition - he was selected for seven matches - and he was also chosen to represent the Wales Colleges side. Nicknamed 'Tiger' for his tackling ability, he was with the Cardiff City junior set-up prior to joining County. Highly rated Andrew scored his first league goal for County against Gateshead last season and was immediately engulfed by the entire team, such is Tiger's popularity with his team mates.
