Comfortable playing anywhere on the left-hand side, Andy signed for County from Chippenham Town on non-contract terms in January of 2012.  A former product of the Bristol City Youth Academy, he enjoyed spells with local clubs Malmesbury and Melksham before signing for Paulton Rovers in 2003.  A £1,500 move to nearby Bath City followed in 2005, shortly before having a trial with Swansea City.  A year later Andy headed for Bristol Rovers where he made his Football League debut against Peterbrough on the opening day of the 2006/7 season; finishing the campaign with three goals in 36 appearances - before packing his bags once again; this time for newly-promoted Salisbury City where he racked up another 49 appearances, netting eight times.  Further spells of league football followed; notably at Aldershot Town where he scored seven times in 58 appearances – likewise at Wycombe Wanderers last season where he made a further 24 appearances, scoring seven times; five of which arrived from specialist free-kicks.
