
Former Tottenham Hotspur left-back Justin is a veteran of over 200 top-flight games, during a ten year career at White Hart Lane than ran from 1990 to 2000. He began his career at Southend United, making 37 impressive appearances that convinced Spurs to fork out £150,000 for his services. He won medals in both the FA and League Cups before moving to Portsmouth for £175,000 where he racked up another 35 league appearances, before heading into management at Billericay Town in July, 2003. Three years later he left to take the reigns at Fisher Athletic, winning the club promotion to the Conference South in 2005/6; before moving to Grays Athletic in November, 2006. Spells as Assistant-manager at both Woking and Rushden & Diamonds followed, before he stepped up into the hot seat at Nene Park and guided Diamonds to a National Conference play-off spot in season 2009/10.
