Newport County AFC is pleased to announce ticket details for the forthcoming Fourth Round Emirates FA Cup home tie against Tottenham Hotspur FC which will take place on Saturday 27th January at 5.30pm.

Ticket Prices

Ticket prices have been set in conjunction with Tottenham Hotspur FC and are reflective of the tie and additional resourcing and infrastructure costs which are associated to the match.

*Only available to 100 Club Season Ticket Holders, 1 per Season Ticket Holder.

Please note that the North Terrace will be open for this fixture and Season Ticket Holders will have the opportunity to transfer and purchase in this area of the ground should they wish.

Away Allocation

Tottenham Hotspur will be allocated 1,660 tickets split between the Bisley Stand and Purevans.com Stand.  This increased allocation is thanks to a 600 seat temporary stand.

Capacity

In addition to the extension of the Purevans.com Stand, the Club is currently exploring the possibility of installing an addition 1,000+ seats behind the North Terrace and hopes to confirm arrangements in the next 48 hours.

The addition of both stands will enable the Club to provide a capacity of around 10,000 for this fixture as it seeks to make the match as accessible as possible for the local community.

TV Cameras

Please note that a selection of seats located in the back three rows of the Bisley Stand in Block B/C will be unavailable for this fixture due to a TV camera platform. Season Ticket Holders who are affected by this will be able to select a seat in an area as close as possible to their original seat.

Camera platforms will also be installed on the Hazell Terrace which will result in a slight reduction in capacity in in this area.

Purchase Conditions

Season Ticket Holders – Season Ticket Holders will be required to present their Season Ticket Card upon purchase.  All Season Ticket Holder seats will be reserved until the close of sale on Friday 19^th January.  Please note that the purchase limit is 2 tickets per holder and all Season Ticket Cards will be marked at the time of purchase to prevent multiple purchases.

Once cards have been marked, no further tickets will be able to be purchased. Should you be unable to attend with your card, a friend or family member will be able to purchase upon your behalf. All players within the Club's Academy who hold a Season Ticket and Half Season Ticket Holders will be included within this category.

Trust Members (Inc Rewards & Benefit Members) & Shareholders– Trust Members (including Rewards & Benefit Members) will be required to show proof of membership or ID which will be cross reference against the latest member database and will be applicable to all members who joined the Trust before 23.59pm on 10/01/18.

Shareholders will be required to show proof of holdings. Please note that if you are a Season Ticket Holder and a combination of a Trust Member / R&B Member / Shareholder you will be entitled to purchase a maximum of 2 tickets.

Crawley Town Ticket Holders – Ticket Holders from the match will be required to present their paper match ticket at the time of purchase, this ticket will be retained by the Club.

Please note that Print at Home Tickets must be exchanged for paper tickets prior to the Crawley Town match and they will not be accepted when purchasing Tottenham Hotspur tickets. Those supporters who hold ‘PR2’ printed on their ticket will be unable to purchase on the first day of Crawley Town Priority ticket sales and hold the right to queue on the second day, but will not be guaranteed a ticket.  Supporters who do not exercise the right to purchase using their Crawley Town Priority Ticket 1 rights will be unable to purchase during the Crawley Town Priority Ticket 2 sales period.

Crawley Town Ticket Holders will be able to purchase 1 ticket of the same age category or a ticket of a lower value subject to availability.

All tickets for the Crawley Town MUST be validated for the game, this means that every ticket purchased must be scanned in for the game; tickets not validated will not be accepted in exchange for a purchase of a Tottenham Hotspur ticket.  This also applies to tickets that have been ordered but not collected by the purchaser.

Disabled Supporters

For those supporters who are registered disabled and require an assistant to attend matches, you will be entitled to claim your allocation as outlined above; however you must have been registered on the Club’s systems’ prior to the announcement of this fixture (Monday 8^th January 2018). If you were not registered within this time frame then you will need to purchase all your tickets in line with the information above.

General Sale -  The Club does not foresee tickets being available for General Sale for this fixture and therefore advises supporters to purchase a Crawley Town ticket by clicking here. In the event that tickets do go on general sale, they will be limited to 1 per person.  Please note that it is a criminal offence to resell any ticket for a Newport County AFC match.

The Club will be operating a queuing system for all days of sale and would ask that all fans co-operate with this; the queue will operate inside Rodney Parade in order to ensure that the safety of fans is paramount.

Online / Phone Sales 

Online sales will not be available for this fixture however, Season Ticket Holders and Trust Members who are unable to attend the Ticket Office in person can call during the priority selling period to purchase their tickets.

The Club is expecting an exceptional demand for tickets and will be using all its resources available to carry out the sales. Should you be unable to get through at the first attempt, please try again during the sales period or visit in person.

Ex - Players

All ex-players who have played 40 matches or more for the Club will be entitled to purchase 1 ticket during the first sales period.

Staff & Volunteers will be contacted directly with ticket details for this fixture in the next 24 hours.

Hospitality

100 Club

The 100 Club will only be available to 100 Club Season Ticket Holders who will be able to purchase 1 ticket each in this area. No upgrades will be available to other Season Ticket Holders, Trust Members, Staff, Volunteers, or other supporters.

Hospitality

The Club has received more than 1,500 hospitality requests for the fixture and will be allocating spaces in the next 24 hours. Please note that no further hospitality requests will be able to be considered for this fixture.

Club Shop

The Club Shop will be open as per the same opening hours as the Ticket Office and will be stocking a range of FA Cup merchandise. The club would like to request the co-operation of fans during this period and ask that you do not purchase merchandise from the numerous unofficial vendors that will be operating in and around the ground and City during the period leading up to the game.

Terms of Sale

Newport County AFC will be implementing the above ticket policy for this match with no exceptions. The Club holds the right to refuse sales to any supporters who do not meet the policy. Please note that with all Newport County AFC games tickets are not exchangeable nor refundable.
