The 12 week project aims to improve both men’s physical and mental wellbeing through a range of interactive and needs led approaches.
Providing a safe, non-judgmental space for men to socialise, speak openly about mental health and wellbeing with no stigma attached on a Monday evening and the physical aspect will be targeted through a Thursday night fitness/sport session. Sessions mainly take place within the centre of Newport.
The group will cover several topical subject matters over the 12 weeks, including sleep, habit change, healthy eating, and building routines. Free access to Newport Live facilities and health checks will be part of the project for any men who join.
