Harrison Bright is an exciting young defender who is a product of the Newport County academy. Bright signed his first professional contract with the club in May 2022 after making his league debut at the end of the 2021/22 campaign in a home league game against Rochdale.
Bright was loaned out to Cyrmu Premier side Pontypridd United for the second half of the 2022/23 campaign. He would go on to make six appearances for the Dragons before returning to Newport for the 23/24 season.
The talented defender also made an impression on the youth international set-up, earning a call-up to the Wales Under 18 squad for the Croatia tournament in 2022.
