Award winning County in the Community
Newport County AFC are pleased to announce the County In The Community team have won the Welsh Football Trust's 'Grassroots Impact Award' for the 2013/14 season.The award was presented by Welsh Football Trust Football Development Officer Wes Bodden at half time during the AFC Wimbledon game, Wes was instrumental in helping Newport County AFC form the County In The Community programme now headed up by Norman Parselle pictured above with the County In The Community team Gareth Marshman, Dan Harvey, Dan Williams and Declan Flanagan.
The award is a reflection of the hard work being undertaken by the County In The Community team.
