Incoming manager Terry Butcher says that today is all about Jimmy Dack and his players.
New manager Terry Butcher praised outgoing manager Jimmy Dack in yesterday's press conference, saying "I must say that Jimmy has done a great job, as Justin has this year. The team has made great progress."
Butcher, who met with Dack yesterday afternoon will be watching on from the stands today, and wants the attention to be on Jimmy Dack and the team. "Saturday is all about Jimmy, all about the team and all about the players. It gives Jimmy a chance to say goodbye, hopefully with a win against Oxford. That would be nice.
"I'll be watching the game, so it gives the players a chance to show me that they want to be at the football club next season."
