Following on from this morning’s announcement regarding COVID-19 (Friday 13th March) and the postponement of fixtures until 3 April at the earliest, the Club would like to issue the following statement.
The Club Board of Directors met this afternoon to discuss an immediate plan moving forwards:
Ticket Information
NCAFC can confirm all purchased tickets and hospitality impacted will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
This will be kept in place until we receive further guidance from authorities in terms of rearranged dates and if you are unable to make the new fixture, refund options will be publicly shared to assist everyone, as per the Club's ticketing policy.

The Club has also regrettably suspended indefinitely all planned player community and commercial appearances on instruction from the EFL.
Retail
Online sales will continue as usual, but the Kingsway Club Shop itself will be closed until April 3rd.
No face-to-face transactions will take place in attempt to minimise risk.

Office
The Office will be manned as usual, but the majority of staff will be working remotely to minimise risk. Emails to office@newport-county.co.uk will be monitored daily, or you can call 01633 415376 to speak with a member of staff.
NCAFC would like to politely remind all supporters that we will currently continue to operate as if it were business as usual.
Academy
In addition, following EFL guidance issued today, Academy training and games are postponed until 3rd April.
A seperate internal communication will be issued to all Academy Players by Academy Manager Damien Broad.
As this is a fast-moving situation, further updates will be provided when appropriate.
