Newport County Association Football Club Limited Notice Of Annual General Meeting
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the company will be held at
Rodney Parade, Rodney Road, Newport NP19 0UU at 7pm on 29th June 2023 for the following purposes:
Ordinary Business
1. To receive and adopt the annual report and financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2022.
2. To authorise the directors to appoint auditors of the company and to fix their remuneration.
Special Business
3. To authorise the directors to allot shares for cash, dispensing with S.561 Companies Act 2006 pre-emption procedures, such authority to remain in force for the period expiring at the next AGM.
4. To amend the Articles of Association by the insertion of new articles 5, 15 and 16 and by renumbering the remaining articles accordingly
