Tribute at Plymouth game
There will be a minutes silence prior to our Sky Bet League 2 fixture against Plymouth Argyle FC on Tuesday April 8th 2014 at Rodney Parade in memory of former Player and Manager of Newport County Fred Stansfield who sadly passed away at the end of March.Members of Fred's family will be in attendance for the game and we are sure that both sets of supporters will respect the minute silence for a great man and County legend.
The funeral will take place on Tuesday 15th April 2014 at Thornhill Crematorium, Cardiff commencing at 12:30pm
