Rodney Parade hosts Champions Cup and Legends vs Sponsors
Don't forget the Champions Cup takes place tomorrow (Sunday), with the action kicking off at Rodney Parade at 9am.
The Champions Cup will see a number of local youth sides take part in the competition that will see many of the youngsters experience playing on a Football League pitch for the first time.
The action starts at 9am and admission is £2 per adult with free entry for children. The club shop will also be open from 8am selling a wide range of stock including the 2015-2016 home shirt.
Following the Champions Cup there will be a game between Newport County AFC Sponsors and Newport County AFC legends, expected to be around 4:30-5pm KO.
The County Legends team will include the following players; Mike Powell, Craig Hughes, Mike Dowler, Rob Painter, Jason Donovan, Jason Price, Darren Poretta, John Sanderson, Chris Lilleygreen, Byron Anthony, Nathan Blake, Michael Flynn, Mykee Jenkin, Mike Pratt, Simon Truman, Todd Quarterly.
The side will be managed by John Relish and Alan Wood.
Sponsors being represented in the opposition include Mr Tom, Henry Howard Finance, Fast Parts, SDL, Cayzers Menswear, Sytner BMW, Mark Turner Electrical, Stagecoach and Harvey's Wholesale.
Entry is included in the Champions Cup entrance fee.
The Bisley Stand will be open all day for food and drink.
