TOMMY O'SULLIVAN RETURNS ON LOAN

10 March 2016

Midfielder Tommy O'Sullivan rejoins the Exiles on loan from Cardiff City FC.

Newport County AFC are pleased to announce that Tommy O'Sullivan has today joined the Club on loan for the remainder of the season.

The highly rated Welsh youngster spent time on loan with the Exiles earlier this season, making eleven appearances and scoring his first Football League goal during our 4-1 victory over Bristol Rovers.

Tommy rejoins the Club during a busy March schedule, as Manager Warren Feeney looks to reinforce his midfield options, with five games still remaining this month.

“Tommy is an exciting player,” said Feeney.

“He is a great creative midfielder and adds another dimension for us and is capable of creating chances.”

“Tommy did very well for us when he was here before and I am looking forward to working with him again.”

After training with the squad this morning, Tommy will be eligible to play in Saturday's Sky Bet League Two fixture against Portsmouth, as the Exiles travel to Fratton Park.
