Newport County AFC v Plymouth Argyle FA Cup Tie Wednesday 21st December 2016 - Appeal For Information
Newport County AFC have been contacted by the Football Authorities in relation to a number of incidents that occurred at the above game.
The incident(s) relate to the throwing of a flare onto the field of play and coins at the fourth official. They occurred in the Hazel Terrace.
The club is appealing to the true supporters to identify those that were responsible to enable the club to take appropriate action.
The majority of our supporters act in an impeccable manner but unfortunately we are let down at times by a minority. This has been one of those occasions.
Newport County AFC will not tolerate such behaviour and anyone found bringing flares into Rodney Parade will have an appropriate sanction applied.
