Chairman and Players Visit Kieran Sanges at the Ty Hafan Hospice

19 June 2017

Newport County AFC fans will be aware of 14 year-old Exile Kieran Sanges who underwent an operation on a brain tumour in March.  County Fans have shown their support for the teenager all season by singing his name in the terraces and sending messages of support via social media.

Today, Chairman Gavin Foxall and players Joe Day, Dan Butler, Scot Bennett, Tom Owen-Evans, Marlon Jackson, and Aaron Williams spent the afternoon with Kieran and his family at Ty Hafan Children’s Hospice.  Whilst there, they presented him with the playing shirt of his favourite player (Sean Rigg) and a signed football.

Our thoughts are with Kieran and his family at this time.
