Newport County AFC - PFA - Player Engagement Season 2017/18
During last season 2017/18 the County players accumulated over 700 visits at both Club and Community events. The categories of visits include Education, Health, Social Inclusion, Anti-Racism, Girls & Women, School Holiday Camps, Mental Health, Disabilities, Presentations, Matchday, Training Ground Visits, Charity Events & Hospital Visits. This is by far the most engagement from our players over the last 5 years and shows how the Club is working hard off the field throughout Gwent. The player who stood out amongst all others was PFA Community Player of the Year & Community Champion Dan Butler. Lets hope we can continue to improve our Community links this season and all the best to Mike, Wayne and all the players in 2018/19.
GOLF DAY
County in the Community-WWtSS – Mental Health Golf Day September 7th Peterstone Golf Club 12pm-3pm tee offs.
20-Four balls on the day (£200 per team) only a few spaces left
