YEOVIL TOWN| What's on at Rodney Parade?

14 September 2018

After two (very successful) league matches on the road, we are back at Rodney Parade this Saturday in our Sky Bet League Two Match vs Yeovil Town.

Tomorrow’s clash is shaping up to be a very interesting with both Yeovil Town and Newport County AFC boasting unbeaten records since opening day.  International call-ups meant the Glover’s most recent match was postponed but four clean sheets in a row mean that, even despite playing fewer games than the rest of the pack, they are just five points off the front-runners Lincoln City and - of course - Newport County AFC.

If the prospect of watching a clash between two of the league’s in-form teams doesn’t get your mouth watering, then here’s everything else that’s taking place at Rodney Parade this Saturday….

You will almost certainly have seen the Marrow for Marley Campaign which is gaining momentum everyday around Newport.  The campaign is working to encouraging as many people to become stem cell, bone marrow donors in aid of finding a match for six-year-old Marley.

It will take just five minutes to sign up and find out if you can save someone’s life.  Click here to find out more about Marrow for Marley.

Swab Station Times: Midday-3pm & 5pm–6pm

Thank you to Yeovil Town and Gary Warren for supporting Marrow for Marley:

We’ve invited friends from JP Entertainment, Gwent Wildlife, County in the Community, Newport City Radio and the NCAFC Academy to help us host a number of activities before the match.

The activities will begin at 1pm and will be the marquee and (weather permitting) on the grass.  Click here for more information.

The Kingsway Club Shop opens at 9.30am and will remain open for all your merchandise requirements until 2pm.

The Rodney Parade Ticket Office will open at 10am and will be open until kick off and for 30 minutes after full time.

Please note Tickets will ONLY be available from the Rodney Parade Ticket Office on match day (not the Club Shop).

We are expecting a big crowd for this Saturday’s match so please purchase tickets early.  Remember, you can get a discounted rate by purchasing online and save all the hassle by printing at home.

Newport City Radio will be hosting their match preview show this evening from the We Fight Any Claim Marquee.  They will be a LIVE Music guest and you can also enjoy team news, an interview with first team players and some fantastic entertainment.  Newport City Radio will also be taking YOUR and giving YOU the chance to introduce the songs as part of our Family Fun Day.

The marquee will be open from midday and the entertainment starts at 1pm.

Joining us in the marquee?  Show your Season Ticket to receive a discount on your beer!

Can't make it?
You can listen along live online.
