Robert Madley will be the man in the middle for Newport County AFC’s Sky Bet League Two play-off final against Morecambe at Wembley on Monday.
The West Yorkshire-born official last took charge of a County game back in December where he oversaw the 4-2 defeat to Oldham Athletic at Rodney Parade.
During the 2020-21 season, Madley has produced 115 yellow and five red cards across 35 games.
Madley, who is now in his ninth season as an official and spent five seasons in the Premier League from 2013, will be assisted by Geoffrey Liddell and David Hunt.
Craig Hicks, who oversaw the Exiles’ 4-0 victory over Scunthorpe United earlier this month, will be the fourth official.
