You will hopefully be aware that Tom Gittoes and Lewis Binns are taking part in this year's 'Prostate United' and the pair have reached an important landmark in their challenge!
They are running 5km or Cycling 15km every day in November to raise awareness of prostate cancer and raise funds for Prostate Cancer UK.
Recently, they passed the 125km landmark and have just 25km to go in their challenge that has so far raised over £1,000 on their JustGiving page.
Across the Football League there are over 300 members of backroom staff taking part in this year's Prostate United, with 35 clubs represented, with this being the first year that Newport County are among them.
