As you know the retail partner of the club Elite Sporting Group went into administration as outlined in our communication on November 24.
Whilst we appreciate this is a difficult position for those that have purchased goods online in good faith, the club is unable to rectify the position by offering a refund or providing the goods ordered as it does not own the stock, nor has it received any monies.
However, we have been in touch with the administrators seeking clarity for those supporters who have purchased goods on line and not had the orders fulfilled. They have now provided the following email address to make contact with: EliteSportsGroup@kroll.com.
In addition, we are continuing our engagement with the administrators on a number of matters and will update supporters when these are concluded.
