Darren Drysdale will be the man in the middle for this evening’s clash against Accrington Stanley at Rodney Parade.
The experienced EFL official is regular at League One and League Two level.
Drysdale has not refereed a County game this season and his most recent Sky Bet League Two fixture came on Saturday, when he was the man in the middle for Morecambe’s 3-0 home defeat to Doncaster Rovers at the Mazuma Stadium.
Across the campaign so far, Drysdale has produced 116 yellow cards and 4 reds in the 31 fixtures he’s officiated this season.
His officiating team for today will consist of Kevin Howick (Assistant), Kevin Morris (Assistant) and the fourth official will be Christopher Husband.
