Following favourable weather conditions overnight, the Rodney Parade pitch is looking in good condition and is currently playable. With the weather forecast promising for the rest of the day the club is confident the game against Oxford United will go ahead tonight subject to the referee inspecting the pitch at 1:00pm today.Newport County AFC has also been in touch with Oxford United to convey this information.
