SUPPORTERS TRUST: 90 DAY PLAN
Dear Members,
We mentioned in our weekly communication our 90 day plan which outlines the areas we are currently or intending to address as part of injecting stability into the club.
The high level plan can be found both on the club and trust websites.
There are 7 areas of focus:
- - Ensuring club employees are appropriately supported People
- - Timely and robust submission on the Trust plans Football League
- - Putting in place an appropriate financial model Financial
- - Addressing the issues identified in the due diligence Commercial
- Implementing the Governance structure to support the operation of the club and the working groups Governance -
- - Ensuring all key activities are delivered to time Planning
- - Engaging with our members Communication
