TRUST WEEKLY NEWS - YOUR TRUST YOUR CLUB
This is the second of our weekly news communications. Hope you all enjoy it.
Congratulations
We were delighted that John managed his first win at Wycombe this week and for those 93 fans that made the journey it was a great occasion with the team well deserving of the victory.
Shares
We issued a message about the necessary change in the constitution of the Trust to allow community shares to be issued. The meeting will be held on Friday 30th October in the Bisley Suite commencing at 19.00. It is expected to last no longer than an hour. The trust will outline the proposed changes and then there will be a vote to progress to the issue of the shares. Whilst we recognise this is not an overly exciting meeting covering steps 4 & 5 in the share documentation it is a necessary part of changing the constitution.
PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS NOT A VOTE FOR BOARD MEMBERSHIP - THIS WILL HAPPEN AS PER OUR 90 DAY PLAN
Rodney Parade
Jason Turner continues to build a closer working relationship with Rodney Parade and the Board are keen for this to continue. Agreement has been reached on putting up Football memorabilia in the Bisley Hospitality boxes to recognise the contribution the Football club are making.
There are also plans in place to use the Brecon Lounge to house some of our memorabilia as part of a project led by David Hando.
Plan
We issued our 90 day plan last weekend. The focus areas this week have been bringing the financial picture up to date to allow the submission to the Football league. We are planning to do this next week for their consideration. We will keep you informed of the output.
Fan Engagement - Volunteers
Lisa Savage is keen to hear from any supporters who have any skills that they are willing to offer. This could be anything from plumbing, painting to administrative skills. Most of all you need to have the time to help.
Lisa.savage1@Gmail.comWe want to build up our database of volunteers so please get in touch by contacting Lisa at
Benefits Package - Launch
Thank you to those that have completed the benefits form. We now have all the feedback and plan to launch early in November as part of a meet the management team event. We will provide full details over the next week.
Bristol Rovers
At the time of writing we have sold 450 of our 1100 ticket allocation. The ticket office will be open tomorrow between 10-15.00 for you to purchase tickets. We would urge fans to make the short trip across for this derby match.
Having spoken to John this week he has been very complimentary about the amount of noise fans make at Rodney Parade and is keen to reflect that at Bristol Rovers on Saturday.
DSA Halloween Party
Please support the DSA in their Halloween party, which they are throwing after the Northampton game.

Thank you
The continued support and feedback is very much welcomed so please keep that coming.
A special thank you for those fans that made the journey to Wycombe on Tuesday. Great effort.
