Following last week’s Supporter Update the Club would like to update its supporters regarding the following matters.
Season Ticket Collections
Anybody who purchased a 2017/18 Season Ticket prior to Tuesday 11th July will be able to collect their Season Ticket Card from Wednesday 26th July from the Ticket Office at Rodney Parade. All supporters collecting a Season Ticket are requested to bring photo ID, please see below for Ticket Office Opening Hours.
Club Shop & Ticket Office Opening Hours
The County Club Shop & Ticket Office will reopen from Wednesday 26th July as follows:
Wed 26th July – 10am – 7pm
Thursday 27th July – 10am – 7pm
Fri 29th July – 10am – 7pm
Mon 31st July – 10am – 7pm
Tue 1st Aug – 10am – 7pm
Wed 2nd Aug – 10am – 7pm
Thurs 3rd Aug – 10am – 7pm
Fri 4th Aug – 10am – 7pm
Week Commencing Monday 7th August and thereafter:
Thursday – 10am – 7pm
Friday - 10am – 7pm
Match Day (Sat/Tue) 10am – Kick Off + 30 Minutes After Full Time
The revised Club Shop & Ticket Office hours are part of a Club review based around demand and sales which now provide supporters with the opportunity to make early evening purchases. In addition, supporters have the opportunity to purchase 24 hours 7 days a week online at the County Online Shop

FBT Retail Wear
The Club has so far received a small amount of FBT Training & Leisure Wear which will be available to purchase from the County Shop from next Wednesday and anticipates playing shirts to be available during the course of next week. An announcement will be made via the Clubs Official Media Channels once the delivery has taken place. Supporters can currently pre-order online both the home and away shirts, as well as a limited range of training wear from the County Online Shop
Rewards & Benefits
Supporters who have signed up to the Club’s Rewards & Benefits Scheme during the course of the summer can collect their membership card from the Club Shop from Wednesday 26thJuly.
Meet the Manager
The first Meet the Manager event which will be attend by the first team squad on the 3rd of August at 7pm has now sold out.
Home Ticket Sales
Tickets for the Clubs 2017/18 home matches will be available from the County Ticket Office and online from Wednesday 2nd August.
Away Ticket Sales
Tickets for the Club’s away matches at Stevenage, Southend United (Awaiting Delivery), Crewe Alexandra and Coventry City will be available to purchase form the County Ticket Office from Wednesday 26th July, as well as online and available for collection.
