On Saturday, we will be taking one of the shortest away journeys of the season as we travel just an hour down the road to Nailsworth to face Forest Green Rovers.
The Green Devils are off to an excellent start and are the only League Two team who remain unbeaten. Not bad for a team who finished last season just one point above the drop zone.
In 2017/18, the Exiles travelled to The New Lawn in a particularly rough patch for Forest Green Rovers and came away comfortable victors; Saturday’s match will be a completely different prospect.
815 supporters made the trip last season and with over 700 tickets already sold for Saturday, we look set to take even more this time. On advice from Forest Green Rovers, the match is no longer all-ticket.
Tickets are available from the Club Shop (Kingsway Centre) until 3pm, Friday but will also be available for purchase on the day for a £1 price increase on the previously published prices.
How to get to The New Lawn
The New Lawn is situated in the village of Nailsworth.
You can catch a train to Stroud station, and then get the number 63 bus from Stroud town centre.
Park and Ride
Forest Green Rovers operate a local park and ride service from Renishaw on Stroud Road (postcode: GL5 5HA). Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, and costs just £3 per car. This is highly recommended due to limited parking in the village of Nailsworth.
There's limited parking at the stadium. You can book a parking space in advance, but Forest Green Rovers encourage you to leave your car at home where possible.
Why not save the hastle of organising travel yourself and take the Supporters Club coach? It's just £14 for adults with pick ups starting at Morrisons at 1pm. Find out more on the Supporters Club website.

Entering the Stadium

The away bar is open from midday on matchdays, serving a selection of vegan beers and ciders, vegan hot drinks, and a selection of vegan snacks.
Food and Drink
Forest Green Rovers is a 100% Vegan football Club. All food and drink served at kiosks and bars is vegan. You can enjoy a pie and a pint for around £7.
