Newport Association Football Club Ltd (Newport County AFC) AGM will be held on 29th July 2021. Given the current restrictions it will take place virtually.
The AGM will take place from 7pm-7:30pm. Only shareholders in the club can attend this meeting and attendees will be required to register their attendance in advance by contacting office@newport-county.co.uk. The AGM will cover:
- Acceptance of the audited accounts for the financial year ending 30th June 2020.
- Re-appointment of auditors.

In the event that Welsh Government guidelines are relaxed, the club will consider holding this as a meeting where members can attend in person. We will keep you informed of any developments in that direction.
