Newport County's Carabao Cup first-round tie against AFC Wimbledon has now been confirmed for Saturday, August 8, with a 3pm kick-off.
County will travel to the League One outfit as they begin their 2026-27 Carabao Cup campaign, with the fixture taking place at the Cherry Red Records Stadium.
Ticket information for the tie will be confirmed and communicated to supporters as soon as it becomes available.
The Carabao Cup Round One draw featured 70 clubs, including all 72 EFL clubs and the winners from the Preliminary Round, with the draw regionalised into Northern and Southern sections.
