Newport County AFC welcomed supporters, former players, partners and guests to the Celtic Manor Resort for a memorable Hall of Fame & Presentation Evening, as eleven of the club's greatest names took their place in County folklore.
The evening, held on Sunday 18th October 2026 in the Caernarfon Suite, marked the return of the club's Hall of Fame. Jason Bowen, Colin Addison, Tim Harris, Len Ashurst, Gary Warren, Mark Kendall, Graham Rogers, John Aldridge, Padraig Amond, Allen Wood and Scot Bennett were inducted in front of 360 guests, alongside their families and friends.
A night to remember
Guests were treated to an evening of football stories, celebration and fundraising. Former Wales international and manager Dean Saunders opened the night's entertainment with a question-and-answer session, before Calum Best took to the stage later in the evening.
The night was hosted by compere Rob Phillips, a long-standing supporter of the club. A live auction and raffle, featuring prizes donated by local businesses, raising over £10,000.
The return of the Hall of Fame was bought back in 2025 with the induction of Michael Flynn and the club is excited that we have our new cohort of legends in which all of the club are indebted to during their time at the club.
