Newport County face their second away trip of the week on Saturday (14 Feb) when they visit Milton Keynes Dons in EFL League Two.
This will be the 11tha meeting of the two sides, and it marks a decade since the first clash between them.

Milton Keynes’ relegation from the Championship the previous year saw their brief flirtation with the second-tier end abruptly.
Newport had not won a competitive game since the previous March, with a downturn in form at the end of the season leaving them 22nd in 2015-16 – the lowest placed team to survive in the EFL.
The First Round of the EFL Cup pitted the two together for the first time, with County’s Warren Feeney pitted against The Dons’ Karl Robinson.
Despite taking a 2-0 lead, the visitors came back to secure entry to the next round, with two goals by Dean Bowditch and a Ben Tilney strike sinking Newport at the death.
MK would go on to lose to Reading on penalties in the next round, and finished a solid 12th in their first season back in the third division.
Newport County 3-0 Milton Keynes Dons | 7th January 2020
The EFL Trophy brought Newport’s first ever win against their Buckinghamshire opposition.
County were on a ten-game winless run in the league ahead of this match, and were hoping for their first win of the new decade.
Milton Keynes were themselves in a relegation battle in League One, but had beaten both Portsmouth and Bristol Rovers in their previous two games.
However, Michael Flynn’s outfit bowled their opposition over, with Tristan Abrahams, Pádraig Amond and an own-goal putting the game out of reach before half-time.
Newport went on to reach the Semi-Finals of the competition, losing to eventual winners Salford City.

Nine goals, two hat-tricks, and three points: a real Christmas gift for Newport County!
Milton Keynes harboured real ambitions of reaching the play-offs, and were only a point outside the top seven ahead of this one.
Conversely, Newport had picked up five draws from their previous six games, leaving them solidly mid-table under Nelson Jardim.
The game exploded into life in the first-half, with Bryn Morris scoring three goals within 36 minutes to leave the score 4-1 at the interval.
The other goal was scored by Bobby Kamwa, who notched another two in the second-half to kill off any hope for the visitors.
It was the first time Newport scored six goals on home soil since 2012.

Newport have never won at the Stadium MK, but this was the closest they have gotten so far.
County’s season had tailed off after the reverse fixture, with four defeats from five games giving them nothing to play for.
The Dons’ collapse had been arguably more sudden, and this pitted 18th and 19th in League Two against each other.
Over 8,000 turned out to watch an even battle on Good Friday, but nothing could separate the two, ensuring a second consecutive season where the teams shared a goalless draw.

The last clash at Rodney Parade resulted in three points for the visiting side.
In a game that was moved to an early kick-off, ten league places separated the two, with Milton Keynes already in 5th.
County had lost their previous two after a win at Crawley Town, whilst their counterparts had scored five against Cheltenham Town the previous Saturday.
Habeeb Ogunneye gave The Exiles an early lead, but Nathaniel Mendez-Laing and Callum Paterson turned the game for the visitors, with Bobby Kamwa missing a second-half penalty for Newport.
Paul Warne’s team moved into the top three with a victory.
