Newport County is delighted to announce that Harri Pugh has signed a new contract with the club.
The 18-year-old midfielder, who has continued his development with the Newport County Academy before breaking into the first-team environment, has put pen to paper on a new deal at Rodney Parade.
Pugh made his senior debut for the club last season, coming off the bench in Newport County's EFL Trophy fixture against Exeter City, marking another important milestone in his development.
The young midfielder has continued to impress during pre-season, featuring in both of County's opening friendlies against Bristol Manor Farm and Newport City as Chris Todd's side prepares for the 2026-27 campaign.
Comfortable both in and out of possession, Pugh has established himself as one of Newport County's brightest young prospects and has also represented Wales at youth level.
Everyone at Newport County congratulates Harri on his new contract and looks forward to watching his continued development in amber.
