An indie-rock four-piece from Manchester, England, formed in 2017 while the members were at university in the city’s vibrant student area of Fallowfield. The line-up features frontman and primary vocalist Chris Buxton, guitarist Matt Hewlett, bassist and producer Jamie McIntyre, and drummer Matt Buckley. Musically, the band blend classic indie rock energy with pop-leaning sensibilities, crafting songs built around vibrant guitar work, rhythmic punch and emotionally resonant vocals. This is their latest single and it has been taken from their debut album Honeymoon Forever, which is set for release on April 10.

Heaven by Overpass

A British indie rock band known for their sharp guitar sound, energetic performances and relatable, youth-driven lyrics. Emerging in the early 2020s, they quickly gained attention within the UK indie scene, building a loyal fanbase through a string of punchy singles and live shows. Formed in the Midlands of England, Overpass consist of frontman Max Newbold on vocals, along with a tight-knit line-up of bandmates who bring a mix of indie, alternative and post-punk influences. Their music blends catchy hooks with driving rhythms and anthemic choruses, drawing comparisons to bands such as Arctic Monkeys and Catfish and the Bottlemen, while maintaining their own distinct voice. Way It Was by The Lucettas

An emerging indie outfit known for blending jangly guitar textures with melodic hooks and a nostalgic yet fresh sound. Hailing from the UK, the band have been steadily building a presence on the grassroots circuit, gaining attention through local gigs, online releases and word-of-mouth support. Their music sits comfortably within the indie and alternative space, often drawing on influences from classic British guitar bands while incorporating a modern DIY edge. Characterised by warm vocals, reverb-soaked guitars and tightly driven rhythms, The Lucettas’ sound captures both introspective moods and upbeat, singalong energy.
