Thank you to all those shareholders who participated in the club EGM on Thursday 28th August, either by attending in person or by voting via a proxy form.
The proposals to adopt a new and updated set of Articles of Association, and to give the Board a standing authority to issue new shares to existing or new investors at any time, were well received. The resolutions for both proposals were approved.
Further updates will be given on future investments in the club, and the appointment of any new directors to the Board, as and when agreements are reached.
