Born on 28 October 2002 in Hillingdon, England, Warner began his football journey at Norwich City in 2014. He made his professional debut in September 2023, starting in a League Cup match against Fulham, and later featured in a Championship match against Blackburn Rovers in November 2023. In January 2024, he joined Notts County on loan for the remainder of the season, making 10 appearances and gaining valuable experience in League Two.

Since joining Newport, Warner has made several appearances, contributing to the team's defensive efforts. His experience in both the Championship and League Two, combined with his physical attributes, make him a promising addition to the Exiles' backline.
