FAQs
On what basis is the season ticket being sold?
Season tickets for 21/22 are being offered to supporters on the basis they will be able to attend in person all 23 Sky Bet League Two home games. However, it is recognised given the current climate that might not be possible if the authorities introduce restrictions as encountered in the season 20/21.
What happens if games have to be played behind closed doors?
In this event, subject to the approval of the governing body (EFL) we would hope to provide streaming for league home games.
Will season ticket holders be granted preference in the event of restricted attendance?
Yes, season ticket holders will be at the front of the queue in the event numbers are restricted.
What if stadium numbers are restricted as a result of a covid?
If the number of season ticket holders exceed any restricted numbers implemented by the authorities, the club will operate a ballot system for league home games.
Will I be able to sit in my allocated seat if there are restricted numbers?
This cannot be guaranteed as the configuration of the stadium will likely change in the event of restrictions.
Will I be able to get a refund for my season ticket if I am not able to attend the stadium?
If there is a streaming option available the club would not provide a refund. If there is no streaming option then the club would have to consider providing refunds on a pro-rata basis.
Why can’t you sell season tickets as either attendance in person or if not permitted as streaming?
Streaming is a governing body decision along with other footballing bodies both in the UK and Europe. That decision has not been made at this point but our hope is that streaming will be provided if there are restrictions on stadium attendance.
