Newport County is delighted to confirm that Ciaran Brennan has agreed a new deal with the club.
The defender made 29 appearances in all competitions last season, establishing himself as a dependable member of the squad.
Brennan's versatility was a valuable asset throughout the campaign, with the Irishman featuring at full-back, centre-back and in midfield when required. His willingness to adapt to different roles helped provide important cover across the pitch.
Having joined Newport County in the summer of 2024, Brennan has gone on to become a familiar figure at Rodney Parade and will continue his journey with the club into the 2026-27 season.
At 26, Brennan brings EFL experience, versatility and a strong work ethic to the squad as preparations continue for the new campaign.
