Newport Bus Stays on Board for 2025–26 Season

Newport Bus

Newport County is delighted to announce that Newport Bus will continue as the club’s official Training and Travel Wear Partner for the 2025–26 season. This marks the third consecutive year of a successful collaboration that has delivered clear benefits for both organisations and the wider community.

Once again, Newport Bus will feature prominently on all training and travel wear worn by Newport County’s first-team players and coaching staff. For the first time, branding will also appear on selected junior retail items, alongside continued visibility on matchday LED boards at Rodney Parade, further strengthening their presence in and around the city.

Working closely with the club, Newport Bus will continue to offer exclusive promotions to supporters, focusing on community engagement and the promotion of sustainable transport across the region. Last season, a special £1 bus fare offer was introduced for the final home fixture against Tranmere Rovers. Similar initiatives are planned for the season ahead, reinforcing both organisations’ shared commitment to accessibility, sustainability, and local pride.

Newport County chairman, Huw Jenkins, said: “We are thrilled to be stepping into our third season working in partnership with Newport Bus. Their support has been instrumental, not only in helping the club but also in enhancing the matchday experience for our fans through continued travel initiatives. Improving access and the overall matchday offering is a key focus for us, so working with a like-minded local company makes for an ideal partnership. I’d like to thank everyone at Newport Bus and look forward to building on our strong relationship throughout the season.”

David Jenkins, Managing Director at Newport Bus, added: “We are delighted to renew our partnership with Newport County as sponsors of their training and travel wear for the 2025–26 season. Supporting our local team has always been a priority for us at Newport Bus, and this renewed collaboration further strengthens our commitment to the club and the local community. We take great pride in playing a small part in the team’s success and look forward to working together as Newport County continues to strive for excellence on and off the pitch.”

The club’s new 2025–26 training and travel wear range will be released in the coming days. Newport County thanks Newport Bus for their continued commitment and support.
