PDP Assistant Coach (Full-Time)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Newport County AFC Academy as a full-time Professional Development Phase (PDP) Assistant Coach.
The successful candidate will work within the Academy’s PDP age groups, delivering the existing coaching syllabus and supporting the development of players in line with Newport County AFC’s training and games programme. The role will play a pivotal part in supporting player progression, maintaining high coaching standards, and contributing to the overall objectives of the Academy.
This position is ideal for an ambitious coach who is passionate about player development and keen to work within a professional academy environment.

Academy Age Group Coach (Part-Time)
Newport County AFC Academy is also seeking to appoint a part-time Academy Age Group Coach within the Youth Development Phase.
The successful applicant will deliver coaching sessions in line with the Academy’s existing syllabus, supporting the holistic development of young players while maintaining the club’s coaching and safeguarding standards. This role is well suited to coaches looking to gain valuable experience within an EFL Academy structure.
