Newport County is delighted to confirm the signing of defender Cameron Norman.
The experienced full-back returns to Rodney Parade ahead of the 2026-27 season, bringing leadership, quality and a strong connection with the club following a highly successful previous spell in amber.
Norman originally joined Newport County in 2021 and quickly became an important figure in the squad, earning consecutive Player of the Year awards in recognition of his consistency, performances and influence on and off the pitch.
During his time at the club, he made a significant impact, contributing both defensively and in attacking areas, and establishing himself as a reliable and trusted member of the squad.
Since leaving Newport County, Norman has continued to compete in League Two, gaining further experience and adding to his appearances at EFL level with Tranmere Rovers.
Now returning to Rodney Parade, he re-joins the club with added experience and a strong understanding of what it means to represent Newport County.
His return adds depth, quality and familiarity to the squad as preparations continue for the new campaign.
