Newport County make the long trip to Cumbria this weekend for a decisive final-day clash at the SO Legal Stadium.
Here’s everything you need to know if you’re making the journey to back County.
By train
Barrow-in-Furness Railway Station is located just under a mile from the SO Legal Stadium.
The walk to the ground takes around 14 minutes, with the route taking you along Holker Street directly towards the stadium.
By car
Supporters travelling by car should leave the M6 at Junction 36 and follow the A590 towards Barrow-in-Furness.
As you approach the town, you’ll pass a fire station on your right, with the stadium floodlights visible to your left. Turn left onto Wilkie Road, then right into Holker Street.

Street parking is available in the surrounding area, but please be mindful of local restrictions.
Parking
There is no official supporter parking at the stadium.
- The Soccer Club, next to main reception, offers parking on a first come, first served basis for a small fee
- Additional parking is available at Liberata, a short distance from the ground
Arriving early is advised.
At the ground
Newport County supporters will be located in the Holker Street End (standing), along with a seated allocation in the stand beside the main stand.
The away end has a capacity of 930, including 632 seats, with recent improvements including a new roof and additional seating.
Tickets
The away allocation for Newport County supporters has sold out.
Supporters are advised that any attempt to purchase tickets in home areas will be refused by Barrow.
Food and drink
There is a catering outlet in the away end serving a range of hot and cold food and drinks.
Alcohol is available for away supporters inside the ground.
Supporters are also welcome at The Cross Bar, located near main reception on Wilkie Road, for pre-match refreshments.
