Newport County’s Sky Bet League Two clash with Swindon Town has been selected for live broadcast on Sky Sports Football, with the fixture now set to take place on Friday 9 January (8pm kick-off) at the Nigel Eady County Ground.
Originally scheduled for Saturday 10 January, the match has been moved forward as part of Sky Sports’ continued commitment to showcasing the best of the EFL throughout the season.
The televised clash will see the Exiles make the short trip across the border for what promises to be an exciting Friday night under the lights. Both sides will be eager to start the new year strongly as the race for points in Sky Bet League Two intensifies.
